Meditation

Offering calm within the chaos, this meditative journey alleviates the immediate pressures of daily life but also delves into the depths of cellular regeneration. 

Buti Bands

is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement.

Hot HIIT Yoga

High Intensity Interval Training is a body-weight sequence kick of your dreams! An intensive and heart pumping exercise sequence.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a hybrid type of yoga combining traditional yoga poses with the use of an aerial hammock. Decompress the spine and improve blood circulation.

Wake & Bake

A beginner friendly hot power flow. This class is centered around FEELING GOOD while connecting to our bodies. Enjoy reggae and feel-good music classics!

Beginner's Hot Buti Flow

An invigorating yoga practice that combines traditional yoga with dynamic cardio. This is a faster flow with a lot of energy and strength building. heavily focused on hip movement, muscle fatigue, and connection to self.

Joyflow

A HEATED "power-flow" class intended for a flow state of mind. Immerse in connecting to your creativity, joy, and gratitude. Includes chill music with lyrics centered around joy and gratitude. Learn and practice affirmations to set yourself up for an amazing week.

Buti HIIT

Buti is an Indian Marathi word meaning "a cure that has been kept hidden" meaning, within yourself. Buti is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. The beat-blended movements force you out of your head and into your body. Alexis' Buti practice focuses on grounding, self-empowerment, and embodying your true essence.

Hot Power Flow

Flow into various core-strengthening poses that link breath to movement through dynamic and challenging sequences. Power Flow is designed to build strength, stamina, and tone the body.

Mom & Me

All family members welcome. Class can be easily catered to all ages of children and parents will learn breathing and mood regulation techniques. Classes often involve game-like activities for your little's.

Beginner's General Yoga 

Start your practice with a balanced class of equal parts breath work, meditation, and easy to understand yoga poses. Great for all levels with props included.

Hot Slow-Flow

This practice moves slowly and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses. The slower pace allows for greater opportunity for mindful movement with precise alignment and actions synchronized with breath.

Chair Yoga

Great for people with limited mobility and seniors. Join Alexis for a through  breakdown of yoga poses using chairs and other props to learn at your own pace.

Yoga for Mamas

A gentle yoga practice for mothers of all ages, with opportunities for journaling and supporting nervous system breath work. This class is good for a mother's mind, body, and soul.
